After the half Malia with a drive to the end line with a pass to Ruby for another goal putting up Team Sanger 2-1. Girls held off a string Albion Academy team for a final score of 2-1

Norco, CA — Girls played great. Started off slow with CDA Slammers Reserve jumping out ahead 1-0 then just before the half Ryley with a shot from 20 yards out to tie the game. After the half The Reserves came back and scored putting them up 2-1 the shortly after Xochitl with a chip shot from the 18 over the goalie to tie the game 2-2. Sanger team determined to win connected passes to counter attack, Malia chasing down the ball to the end line with a cross to Julianna for another goal putting Team Sanger up 3-2. Finally on a breakaway going 2v1 Malia broke loose to score the teams 4th goal putting Team Sanger up 4-2 with 2 minutes left in the game. Final score Team Sanger 4 Reserve 2

Norco, CA — National Cup Game 2. Another great game with a tough Pateadores team. Team Sanger with the win. 2-1. Ruby with 1 goal and Malia with 1 goal. Defense held it down midfield worked hard to control the pace of the game. Great job ladies.
