Greetings Bears family and friends, I have confirmation for 3 Charter buses which seat 55 passengers each. I plan to shed (cancel) 1 bus based on the # of bus participant. It is imperative that you turn in your waiver tonight. I will take the final count and sign off on the total # of buses needed for travel. If you have turned the form into your AD, please follow up tonight to ensure that I President Joshua have it. The buses are scheduled to arrive tomorrow @ Valleyview High School by 4:15pm loading will take place from 4:15 to 4:45pm the buses will leave by 5pm... please be ahead of time.
As mentioned before, athletes are allowed to bring a football bag and 1 small overnight bag. Parents are allowed to bring 1 overnight bag. If you are bringing an EasyUp, I need to know tonight. We are playing in a High School Stadium. Parents please start your athletes to drinking high quantities of WATER now, and tomorrow to prepare for the weekend. Any and all questions can be answered by myself at practice tonight.
