please reply to the link in the previous messages and fill out as much as possible. This information is being requested by the colleges that we will visit on our trip. They want to know all about you prior to your arrival. If you do not want them to know then that's fine. But if you do and you don't submit any info, i will not have your name down on the college visits when we get there. If you don't have a lot of the information, like the GPA, Test Scores, times and other things, that's ok, they just want to know the basic information and as much as you can give. Please do so ASAP as i am submitting it to the colleges today. Thank you.
