Dear Players and Parents! I am certain most of us are aware that Governor Newsom has issued another "stay at home order" for our "region" and it went into effect last night for at least three weeks. Obviously, this will impact many of us and businesses inside the described region. Fortunately, we have heard no official order regarding youth sports and with that, we will CONTINUE with our team cohort practices utilizing screening and other safety measures, such as but not limited to hand sanitation and face coverings for coaches. We will continue as organized and planned, until we get a clear directive from the state, county, or City of Poway and/or we get to our Holiday break. As a collective community, let’s remain vigilant to keep each other and those around us as safe as possible. This is to say, PLEASE continue to wear your masks, maintain social distancing whenever possible (avoid close contact with those not in your immediate family), and wash your hands. PARENTS...PLEASE BE ATTENTIVE AND RESPECTFUL TO OUR SCREENING PRACTICES WHICH ENTAILS BEING ON TIME FOR DROP OFF AND PICK UP. COMING LATE DISRUPTS COHORT SCREENING AND TEAM PRACTICES. OBVIOUSLY, ON TIME PLAYER PICK UP IS SELF EXPLANATORY, BUT ALSO EFFECTS THE EXIT SCREENING PROCESS. THANK YOU FOR YOUR CONSIDERATION ON THIS REQUEST! Out of an abundance of caution, if anyone in your personal, occupational cohort is having any symptoms related to Covid-19 (e.g., fever, cough, sore throat, headache, muscle aches/fatigue, loss of taste or smell, runny nose/congestion), please do not bring your child to trainings. This is to avoid infecting others or forcing additional quarantines inside our club. Please know that we will continue our due diligence following local cases and adhering to safety measures put forth by regulating organizations. In Pride, Valor, Strength, and Community! coach K
