Welcome to the 2018-2019 Mt Carmel HS Wrestling program lead by Coach Gail Miller and his excellent staff. We want to take the time to thank you for your support of our successful wrestling program. Your donation today helps our program continue as one of the best high school wrestling programs in San Diego County. Our athletes work hard year round to maintain the highest level of excellence on and off the wrestling mat.
