**Team Sponsorship Form**
Hi parents!
So Stephanie let me know that some have asked for our Team Sponsorship Form which allows businesses to donate to our Lady Bulldogs and also get some free marketing from us. I have attached the form, please let me know if you have any questions such as our tax ID or if a business is requesting a W-9. Remember we are a non-profit so any money donated can be a tax write off so let’s try and bring in as many as we can.😊
