Weight Training Starts Monday We will start weight training Monday March 8th for everyone that is not playing a spring sport. We will work out from 3 till almost 4 every Monday and Wednesday through the end of the school year. Please put this on your calendar and plan to attend---being stronger is the key to our team's success and it will help you in every aspect of your ski racing. If you are playing a spring sport, please send me a schedule---I would love to watch you compete this spring.
