1. We will play unless field conditions become unsafe, no news is good news. Any determinations will be made by Silver Lakes Sports Complex, in conjunction with Steel United tournament staff. Steel United tournament staff, and Silver Lakes Sports Complex have monitored conditions at the complex closely over the past week of rain events and as of 3:20 PM 12/6/19 the fields are in good shape.
We do realize in some locations rain may be heavier than others, please do not assume games are cancelled. Event updates will be sent directly through gotsoccer to coaches, team contacts, and team managers (remember no news is good news). We will also update ca.steelunited.com/tournaments, our social media https://www.facebook.com/SteelUnitedCA/, and instagram.com/steelunitedca if any changes to event. We will not be able to respond to every email, and text message asking if the tournament is still on, please utilize this message as our "official statement".
