Your donation today helps our program continue as one of the best high school marching band and color guard programs in RIverside County. Our musicians and color guard work hard year round to maintain the highest level of excellence for competitions and performances. Programs like ours cannot exist without financial support from the community, local businesses, and most importantly our “Friends and Family”. About Us

Chaparral High School's Platinum Sound and Emerald Guard is a performance based music and color guard program which competes throughout Southern California. PSEG represents Chaparral High School at various competitions and performances throughout the year. Our PSEG members participate in field competitions such as WBA (Western Band Association), and in winter, WGASC (Winter Guard Association of Southern California) and SCPA (Southern California Percussion Association). Our PSEG members learn the importance of a cooperative team effort to achieve excellence. Just last season we were awarded several high caption awards as well as first place in our division at WBA Long Beach City College. In addition to competitions, we have also performed at grand openings of stores, City of Temecula events, parades, school events and so much more. We also provide musical entertainment for our school at football games and pep rallies.
