The Riverdale High School program is a growing program with a sense of unity and uniqueness to that of not all being a basketball program but also a “Family”. We call ourselves “The Union” for our bond extends to both on the court and off the court activities. We are a fellowship of brother who sole goal is to use the game of basketball to achieve a better life before we reach adulthood.

About Us

We are “The Union”. We are not just the Riverdale Raiders but also a special family that only exist within the realms of the boys basketball program. Our determination and consistent effort off the floor helps us achieve our goals on the floor. We strive for excellence and demand guidance and love at every step of the way. Growth is a must and leadership is apart of the process. We are okay with being uncomfortable knowing that if we conquer our fears they easily become our strengths. We work hard for what we want knowing that hard work trumps talent when talent doesn’t work hard and everything that comes our way is earned, never given. Our work in our communities will be of the upmost kindness and sincerity never wanting nor caring to receive anything in exchange as we choose to do everything out of “love”. But please do not take our kindness for weakness as the gifts we give don’t extend to those that flock with the crowd. We break the mold.. We lead and never follow.. We are “The Union”
