About Us

About our program National Championships 1988, 1989, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 2003 and 2005. Region III Championships 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004. Mountain Valley Conference Championships 1984, 1985, 1986, 1987, 1988, 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2011 and 2015. The internationally recognized Herkimer College men’s lacrosse program is one of the most well-known junior college programs in the United States. Our lacrosse team boasts nine National Championships, 21 Region III Championships, 31 straight Mohawk Valley Conference titles and over 100 All-American players. The Generals play one of the toughest spring schedules in the NJCAA. Exposure from these games and fall events hosted on our campus has resulted in the transfer of Herkimer lacrosse players to some of the most well-respected NCAA four-year institutions in the country. Our home games take place at the state-of-the-art Wehrum Stadium, named after legendary former lacrosse coach Paul Wehrum. The men's lacrosse coaching staff works hard to push the team to new heights and add more championships to our dynasty.
