Mountaineers win in Polar Park
Jason Flaherty registered an RBI single and P.J. O’Rourke launched a sacrifice fly as the Mountaineers broke up a 1-1 tie with a pair of runs in the bottom of the sixth as Wachusett (2-3) defeated the Warriors (3-2) Monday evening at Polar Park. Flaherty and Steven Hebert each had two hits for the host and Anthony Doe pitched a scoreless 2 1/3 innings of relief to earn the victory
