About Me

Hi my name is Isaac Gustafson and here is a little bit of why I do what I do and why I love it so much. I grew up in a household that initially started with two loving parents who loved watching football every Sunday,so growing up I always wanted to be a football player not for glory but out of passion but we never had the money to do those kind of things and I wasn’t “big” enough so I couldn’t play football. So during this time I worked with my father to try to get faster runner crisper routes but most importantly learn to have reliable hands so I could be able to catch whatever was thrown at me and during this time my father was a mma fighter and I thought of that as a second career path I wanted to follow so that’s what I hoped to train for once I got old enough but after the fifth grade my life changed. My father became a strong drunk and walked away from our family and my mom grew depressed and started a drinking habit on her own and our family decintigrated rapidly and we lived off of my moms friends and family for a while until Child Protective Services were called on our family and we went into foster care For my seventh grade year. Once we were put into foster care we remained in foster homes for 6 months then were taken in by distant relatives that gave us a home to stay in for a year then we were bounced around from house to house quite quickly. I attended 3 high schools my freshmen year and live in 7 different house and during this time my freshmen year I played football for the Villa Park Spartans then I transfer to play for the Chaparral Pumas and now I transferred to the El Dorado Golden Hawks. For the time being I hope to keep my work ethic high just like I’ve been since I was a kid and make my parents proud of what they brought into this world and hopefully show the world that anyone can accomplish there dreams no matter the circumstance as long as you maintain a great attitude and effort. Plus most importantly giving your troubles to God who helped me through my struggles and he will gladly help you too!
