Kyle went 6 2/3 with 9 K's allowing only 4 hits and walking 2 to earn his fist career varsity win on the mound.

Luke Milko

Luke broke a 1-1 tie with an two out RBI double in the 5th and also added a two out RBI single in the 7th to extend the West Milford lead to 4-1. The two RBI's give Luke a team leading 14 RBI.

Highlanders Snap 2 Game Skid with Win Over Lakeland

Wanaque, NJ — The Highlanders snapped their two game skid with a 4-2 road win over Lakeland. Junior Kyle Bednarski led the way on the mound going 6 2/3 innings with 9 strikeouts, allowing only 4 hits and one earned run. Senior LF Luke Milko had an RBI double to break a 1-1 tie in the 5th and hit an RBI single in the 7th to give West Milford a 4-1 lead. Jack Leonard and Christian Aiello also added RBI singles. Aiello also got his second save of the season, striking out the final batter with the tying run on base.
