👏One of the best days coaching ever today. Genesis Wood walked into our program 2 years ago. She couldn’t do a forward roll and her cartwheel was subpar. She outworked most on and off of the mat. She put in time & effort. She came up short a lot… but she NEVER quit. Today, her tenacity paid off. She is not naturally athletic & she had zero skill set.
