2021 Holidays are fast approaching, and the team has an opportunity to give back by adopting a family for the holidays through the Orange County Family Justice Center Foundation (OCFJC) located in Anaheim. The 12th Annual Adopt a Family Event this year is on December 16, 2021! Detailed information below. We have signed up to adopt a family of four, by purchasing four (4) gifts, at least one gift for each person, in the amount of $30 each. We will have the information for our family by 11/18/21, and gifts are to be turned in to Coach/Dan/Teresa by 12/8/21 for delivery to the Center on 12/9/21. We will pass a holiday card around at practice for the team to sign before then. Once I receive the families wish list, I will share. We are asking for $10 (or more) from each wrestler, and any groceries/canned goods for a separate basked. Costco donated a $25 gift card to the team, which will be part of the basket. This is a great way for our team to give back to the community!
