Also, every athlete must show up the first week. They will need to either give the people at the testing center a copy of their vaccination card or have an Informed Consent Form signed by their parents. The testing center is in room 610. We will NOT make announcements during class time so the athletes will need to ask their teachers to go to get tested at the correct time. Please remind your athletes that it is IMPERATIVE that they show up at the correct time.
