Regional schedule as follows: 12:00 pm: Coaches Packets & Meeting at the finish line 12:00 pm: Shot and Discus Weigh-in. 12:30 pm: Field event scratches due at the event 12:30 pm: Pole Vault Begins 1:00 pm: All Field events begin 3:00pm 3200m Relay followed by the Prelims 5:30pm Appx start of Running Finals (1hr after conclusion of Preliminaries)
