Jake won the High Jump and 400m, took Second in the Long Jump and was a member of the 4x400 relay.

Gwen won the High Jump and the 100m Hurdles.

El Modena vs. Villa Park Track Meet

Orange, CA — What a great day for the El Modena Vanguard Track and Field team. The Vanguards improved their record to 5-0 by defeating the Villa Park Spartans 90-37. It was a team effort as great performances were turned in by both the boys and girls teams. The two MVP's of the meet were Jake Angier for the Boys and Gwen Woodard for the girls. The kids really seem to be flourishing under the tutelage of Coach Miguel and Coach Daniels and the rest of the Vanguard coaching staff.
