Hyde pitches well in loss

Gavin Hyde shut down the top ranked team in Div. 2 for 5 innings. after coming out. He had 6K’s and 2 walks and left the game up 2-0. The Spartans were not able to hold on to the lead but played well in the loss. Boardman was lead offensively by Griffin Widrig and Jason Triveri with 2 hits apiece. Anthony Butto and Seth Cervello had the RBI’s.
