Description

Camp Description: This camp is a strength training program that will be vital in building our athletes' performance enhancement on the field. Summer is the time to start developing the proper habits that will give your body strength and confidence to compete on the field. Please bring closed toe running or lifting shoes and workout clothes for each training session. This 8 week camp consists of the following: Strength & HIIT Training, Cardio, Injury prevention, muscle activation, yoga and recovery.
