Make sure you have been drinking water. You will pee in the cup show administrator. (look under forms to find Hydration chart) Dispose of it properly. You will then step on the scale.(This is your alpha weight) Not necessarily your weight class.
This is required by KSHAA in order to start practice. You will show hydration by peeing in a cup. Administrator and coach will be present. Boys in boys locker room with appropriate coach. Girls in girls locker room with appropriate supervisor(female).
