Jackson, MI — Hanover Horton Girls Varsity Bowling team had a match tonight against the Jayhawks of Vandercook Lake. The team made up of Halle Curtis, Sofia Donders, Madison Ashworth, Kaytie Warren, and Makenzie LaFountain shot a solid baker set with 159, 191 games for a 350 set winning the first ten points. The focus for the team tonight was to control ball feel off our hand each throw to the best of our ability. So are Comet ladies started attacking the lanes with some success but not quite the shot to put up big numbers. In the seventh frame we made some adjustments and the strikes started to come giving us a solid 827 team game. Coach changed the line up order for the second game as we shouldn't get too relaxed. Continuing from the finishing success of the first game the girls had fun, kept focus, and shot their biggest team game which I will mention below to win the match 28-2!! So along with having fun, being a good teamate and competitor, loving and trusting in one another we set some records too!! High games go to Kaytie Warren 232 PR game!, Sophia Donders 203 PR game!
