Physicals are not optional and must be done as per PIAA regulations! The CIPPE PIAA section 6 form MUST be filled out and signed by a doctor! The physical form can be found under Contact and forms tab in the blast athletics menu options! Physicals can be completed by your child’s primary care doctor or at an urgent care location for a fee! They must fill out the CIPPE form we provided! Please have Physicals turned in no later than August 1, 2023. Physicals must be submitted before the start of Heat Acclimation.
We are asking that all student-athletes have their PIAA physicals completed by August 1, 2023! All physicals must be dated June 1, 2023, or after. This is just a reminder that physicals are REQUIRED and the CIPPE form must be completed and signed by the athletes' doctor or authorized physician. Apologies for the miscommunication!
