Players are to arrive at Paloma Valley High School by 1:30pm Sharp. In uniform ready to go. (They may wear Crocs or slides for arrival and between games). It is going to be a very hot day in Menifee 103-105. Mrs. Brown (Mrs. B) will be attending for most of the event and she will have athletic bands, foam rollers, tape etc. Please have your player check in with her asap upon arriving to the field for any needs. Sunscreen is needed as well as a towel to stay dry and off of the ground (preferably bring a chair). A good tip would be to throw a few washcloths into some water and freeze overnight to keep in the cooler during the games We are asking that all players stay on site during the lunch period and that they not eat any concession food if there should be any. Subway sandwiches have been ordered as a small bite, they will need to have fruit and water to eat between. Ideally Watermelon, Bananas (preferably not citrus). Also we are in need of about 4-5 additional EZups to ensure all of our players are in shade during the breaks and between matches. (Please respond within so we can note who can bring and provide).
