The girls will leave with their Coaches to head to warm up on the mats. Parents are not allowed in the warm up area. When the girls arrive at 1:30PM they need to be completely ready to go. Showtime is set for 3:10 PM and awards will be at 5:40 PM. Please make sure the girls are well rested and have eaten a good lunch prior to the team meet up. Don’t forget to wear VPW spirit wear/colors (black,red,white,silver)!! We get spirit points when our fans participate ☺️. If you have any comp questions please let me know!
