SCSBOA/PYLUSD District Concert Festival Tuesday, March 27, 2018 PYLUSD Performing Arts Center at El Dorado High School Students must wear Concert Black attire for performance Morning Festival Schedule (only 3rd period Concert Band performs) 6:42 am Zero Period Symphonic Band rehearsal 8:00 am Students May turn in assignments to classes missed 8:15 am Concert Band boards bus 8:30 am Bus departs for El Dorado High School 9:00 am Listen to Esperanza and Kraemer 10:15 am Concert Band in warm up (in practice gym) 10:45 am Concert Band Performance 11:15 am Concert Band in sight reading room 11:45 am Board bus 12:00 pm Return to VHS for lunch 12:45pm. Go to Period 5 Evening Festival Schedule (Everyone performs) 2:45 pm Get instruments from band room, go home, eat dinner, change into Concert Black 3:30 pm Meet at EDHS in Concert Black w/instrument and music 3:45 pm Symphonic Band in warm up (practice gym) 4:15 pm Symphonic Band Performance 4:45 pm Symphonic Band in Auditorium listening to performances 6:00 pm Wind Ensemble in warm up (EDHS Band Room) 6:30pm Wind Ensemble Performance Parents are requested to transport students to and from the evening Festival at EDHS with their instruments. Please be sure that students arrive early enough to be in the warm up room on time and are picked up after our performance by 7:30pm.
