#1 Lancers take down #2 Burrell

In a bitter rivalry game, Deer Lakes used smothering defense and good free throw shooting to take down the #2 ranked Burrell Buccaneers by the score of 65-43. The Lancers were led by Billy Schaeffer with 21 pts and Collin Rodgers with 13 pts. JT McCue, Aiden Fletcher and Nathaniel Moore each chipped in with 9 a piece. Deer Lakes move to 8-2 overall and 3-0 in section play to take over sole possession of Section 3-3A.
