We Need Your Help! To make this event a success, we’re looking for volunteers to assist with: Set Up: Help get everything ready at the booth Cooking & Prep: Assist with food preparation Working the Booth: Help serve food, sell items, and engage with attendees Clean Up: Ensure we leave the space tidy after the event Additional Items Needed: (1) Tent (6) Tables (4) Crock Pots (6) Coolers (4) Rice Pots We’re also looking for volunteers to: Decorate the tent Create signs for the booth Purchase supplies If you’re able to contribute time, supplies, or assistance, please let us know by replying with your name, the area you’d like to help with, or the items you can bring. As one of our final fundraisers for the season, we’re excited to host a booth at the Moanalua High School Winter Craft Fair on Saturday, December 14, 2024! This is a fantastic opportunity to bond with team members, families, and even get some holiday shopping done while supporting the team.
