Sonora, CA — Dear Parents, We’re back from camp—and I just want to say how proud I am of this group. From the moment we loaded up the vans to the last whistle blown, your kids represented themselves, our program, and your families with heart, hustle, and character. This camp wasn’t just about wrestling (although there was plenty of that). It was about growth—physically, mentally, and emotionally. The kids were pushed outside their comfort zones, challenged by top-level coaches, and put to the test in live matches. More importantly, they learned how to: • Show up on time, ready to work • Be coachable and take feedback with humility • Lead by example and support teammates • Compete with intensity, and lose with grace • Take care of their bodies and keep their minds in the game They bonded as a team, learned from some tough moments, and came home stronger in every way. We saw leadership emerge, friendships deepen, and confidence grow. I can say without a doubt: this group took a big step forward—both on and off the mat. Thank you for trusting us with your kids and supporting this experience. I know camp can be a big commitment, but I truly believe these are the kinds of trips that shape young athletes into great teammates, leaders, and people. If you have any questions or want to hear more about how your wrestler did individually, feel free to reach out. And keep an eye out—photos and videos will be coming soon! Grateful for your continued support, Coach Jake
