We have created an online Event Waiver for your convenience and ask that all participants and coaches fill out this form. Once they are filled out, they are good for the rest of the season. Forms only need to be filled out once per year. Forms are not needed more than once if you attend multiple events throughout this year. Please be sure all forms are filled out by the Thursday before the event at noon. This is a PRE-SOLD event! All Participant & Spectators tickets must be pre purchased for this event. There will be NO tickets available for participants or spectators to purchase on the day of the event from our SHARP registration booth.
