Hollidaysburg, PA — With a team missing All of its scoring athletes, the boys lost for the 1st time this year to Richland 80-70. 1 missing athlete turns this loss into another win for the Tigers. Nolan Buffone recorded 2 PR’s in winning 2 events for the first time in his high school career, taking the LJ and TJ. The distance squad held their own with Sebastian Diaz taking the 800m, Sam Chestney winning the 1600m and Dean Sunderland-Ebersole dominating the 3200m. Carter Elton-Ruiz was the Tigers other lone winner. Other point winners were Carter Muth 100m and 200m, Andrew Chestney 400m, Reuben Manfred 1600m, Abe Manfred 1600m, Yvan Chen 3300m, Braelyn Ross 110m and 300m Hurdles, Jefferson McCoy and Ben Zimmerman Shot, Christian White Discus and Ben Zimmerman Javelin. The Lady Tigers remained undefeated with an 89-61 win over Richland. Emily Clapper was again a double winner in the 400m and Long Jump and Elizabeth Frazier won both the 100m and 200m. Elizabeth also ran legs on the winn8ng 400m and 1600m Relays along wi5 Emily Clapper, Adalai Carney and Sophia Moyer. Kate Steiner won the 300m Hurdles, Addison Basenback took the High Jump, Lauryn Brick Shot, and Grace Muriceak won the Javelin, posting her 1st High School win. All 3 Relay Teams posted wins, all members include, Rylan Carney, Adalai Carney, Katie Etters, Sophia Moyer, Lydia Desort, Jillian Buffone, Emily Clapper, Elizabeth Frazier, Anna Statler and Sophia Moyer. Other Lady Tigers garnering points were Sophia Moyer 200m, Rylan Carney 800m, Adalai Carney 1600m, Katie Etters 1600m, Christine Diaz 3200m, Kate Steiner and Leah Pugh 100 Hurdles, Isabella Basenback High Jump, Taylor Muth Pole Vault and Triple Jump, Leah Petrunak Pole Vault, Lydia Resort Long and Triple Jump, Evie Sipes Shot and Discus, Sage Capone Discus and Javelin and Maddi McLauren Javelin.
