Things to Know: Arrival/Check-in time - Please be here at 4:45pm to check in Parking- Please plan on parking closer to Makenna coffee or by the Tesla charging stations. Up close parking is reserved for honored guests and their buddies. Check-in location - Paparazzi will check in at the paparazzi table closest to the student building side(left side of the main building). The table will be directly in front of the amphitheater on the parking lot level and will have a "Paparazzi Check-in sign" on it. Attire - This night is for our honored guest to shine! Therefore, we are asking volunteers and staff to wear casual attire, so that we are just the background to their special night. Grab a prop/sign/clapper - After checking in, please stay close by the student building side. We will get in position at 5pm. When you check-in there will be some signs, pom poms, and other cheering items available. Please take one to ensure everyone gets something (Someone asked if they can make their own sign, and I think that's a great idea! But not required.) Photography - We have a great team of photographers working this event, so with that, our only job is to cheer on our honored guests! Sensory issues - Some of our honored guests may have sensory issues when it comes to loud noises or cheering. Before each guest walks the red carpet the host on the mic will notify all of you if that guest prefers us to cheer quietly, so be on the lookout/listen for instructions. Respite room - room 101 (Old coffee shop on first floor) will be a room for the parents of our honored guests to hang out in. I share this because I think it's helpful for us to know where to direct parents if they choose to stay the whole time! Finish time - While I don't have an exact finish time, our job is completed once every honored guest has had their time walking the red carpet and getting their photo taken! We have one of the best, and shortest jobs, and for the sake of space and time, we kindly ask that our paparazzi team clears out as soon as we finish, so that our other teams can transition into the next part of the event. Snacks - There will be water and some light snacks provided on a table outside for paparazzi volunteers. You are welcome to bring your own snacks/water as well. Come with high energy and a cheerful spirit! - This night means a lot to our honored guests and we want them to know just how loved they are by God! Bring that energy with you and get ready to celebrate our amazing guests at Night To Remember!
Saugus players will be part of the paparazzi for this special needs student prom event.
