Here is info about PopWarner Night: 1. August 22, 2025 during Varsity game (7:00-9:00). 2. Players will be allowed to enter the game at no cost as long as they are wearing their football jersey. Cheerleaders will be allowed to enter the game at no cost as long as they are wearing their cheer uniform OR their cheer camp uniform IF their uniforms are not ready. Head Coaches, President and Cheer Coordinator will be allowed to enter the game at no cost as long as they are wearing their PopWarner Shirt (As they will be taking the field with the kids). 3. President, Cheer Coordinator, Head Coaches, Players and Cheerleaders will take the field at half time. They will need to start heading to the helmet during the 2nd Quarter (the last 5 minutes of that quarter) to be ready to take the field as soon as the Varsity team exits the field. We will try to get the Varsity team to exit through the helmet so the Pop Warner kids can give them high fives. Once all players have cleared the field our announcer will begin to announce each team and their coach, while they are announcing each team the coach and their players will run onto the field and stop in front of the big "F". Our goal is to center the WHOLE pop warner teams in the center of the field as much as possible. We highly suggest that you have fellow coaches down at the field guiding the players and cheerleaders on where to stop/stand once they hit the center of the field. Once all players and cheerleaders are on the field the announcer says "Take a look at all these faces as they are our future Warriors. Thank you Pop Warner!" (or words to that effect). The kids will have to quickly begin to exit the field towards the gate where the Home side Ticket Booth is located (it will be on the front right side corner if you're looking at the home side stands). Programs will be on sale at the game. These programs will have pictures of your pop warner kiddos teams (the photos you provided).
