The team rose to the challenge and finished 1st place overall, showcasing determination and high-level competition throughout the tournament. The tournament featured two spotlight matches from Team Captains Kavon Lloyd earning 1st place and Kenzo Pimentel earning 2nd place! Additionally several War Eagles battled their way to medal in the Top 6, Jonathan Basco (4th), Kayden Polkey (4th), Alex Malato (4th), Landon Amick (5th), Isaiah Benson (6th) and Jeremiah Perez (6th) reflecting a strong collective effort. Every team member contributed to the team’s championship finish, as every point earned on the mat mattered in securing the overall 1st-place title by 8 points.
