Wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes. Wear your son's jersey (there will also be jerseys available at the field).
Please join us for the annual "Moms on the Move" football practice! Our own LJHS football coaches will be running the drills with the players cheering the moms on from the sidelines! Wear This event is for ALL moms/guardians! There is no need to be athletic or understand football- it is all just for fun! Pizza and salads will be provided after practice.
