We are thrilled to announce the details for our annual End of Season Football Banquet to celebrate the hard work and dedication of all our players of both our Varsity and JVB teams this year! We appreciate everyone's patience as we worked to finalize a date that avoids conflicts with winter practices, school awards nights, and concerts. Banquet Details 📅 Date: Tuesday, December 2nd 📍 Location: The High School's Cafeteria ⏰ Time: 7:00 PM (We aim to conclude no later than 8:30 PM)` Important Notes for Families We understand that scheduling conflicts can happen. If this date interferes with your family's schedule, it is absolutely okay! We will ensure the athlete receives their awards and certificates on the following Monday during school. Family Contributions by Class To make this a great event for everyone, we are asking families to contribute an item to share based on their athlete's grade level: “Your attendance is the most important thing though!” Freshman Families: Please bring a dessert item that can be easily shared with everyone throughout the night. Sophomore & Junior Families: Please bring drinks to share with everyone at the banquet. (Examples: bottled water, sodas, juice boxes, etc.) Note: Any other families (Senior, or those not specified above) are more than welcome to bring a dessert or drink item as well, but this is not required. Your attendance is the most important thing! Schedule We will begin the formal program promptly at 7:00 PM. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early so we can start on time and keep the evening moving smoothly! We expect the event to be done no later than 8:15-8:30 PM.
