All players (High School & Middle School) are expected to attend. The hall needs to be setup in the morning (8am-930am) and doors will open at 12pm. Job will be assigned and roles/jobs explained after setup. Tickets will be sent out for sale at our December meeting. Money will be returned by January 29th. I am working on the Distribution Plan/ Sponsorship/ Donation plan for players.
This is the programs largest Fundraiser. We traditionally have about 300+ attendees and raise over $20,000 at this event. This goes to providing FUNDS for the ENTIRE (High School & Middle School) program. With the recent budget cuts, the organization is taking on more expenses to ensure a successful season for bot programs.
