After falling behind, Noriel Gonzalez earned a hard-fought decision, followed by pins from Ike Blomberg, Gabe Salsamendi, and Mike Strazza. Sam Carreno added a technical fall, and Ricky Fernandez posted a key decision at 190 lbs to keep Shelton within striking distance. Shelton was trailing by just four points at 33–29, but Amity sealed the win in the 215-lb bout. Heavyweight Chase Galke closed the night strong with a major decision, but the final score stood at 38–33 in favor of the Spartans.
