Schedule: 7:00am: Meet at La Costa Canyon High School 7:30am: Weigh-ins 8:15am: Seeding Meeting 9:30am: Wrestling Begins 5:00pm: Finals (Under Lights) Parents, upon arrival, please scope out a place outside where we can call “Home Base”. Bring lawn chairs, snacks, water, and blankets.
Format: It will be a 32-man bracket; three periods (1,2,2); 8-mats; double elimination; no “B Team” Awards: Individual: Medals will be awarded: 1st, 2nd, two 3rd, two 5th consolation champs. Championship Brackets for Champions, Outstanding Lightweight, Outstanding Heavyweight. Team: Team Champion, Team Runner-up, and 3rd-6th trophies Awards only given on medal stand and simultaneously w/ finals matches. No medals will be given out if wrestler leaves early.
