MHSAA Regionals – Grand Blanc Lanes (Flint, MI) Location: Grand Blanc Lanes – 5301 S. Saginaw Rd., Grand Blanc, MI 48507 MHSAA Rules Apply Ball Limit • Maximum 6 bowling balls allowed inside the center. • Only 2 balls may be in the bowlers’ area at a time. • Any additional balls must stay stored. ________________________________________ Friday – Boys Team Event (Feb. 20) Schedule: • 8:00 AM – Check-In • 8:45 AM – Coaches Meeting • 9:00 AM – Warm-Up • 9:15 AM – Scoring Begins Spectator Information • Admission: $7 • Digital tickets only via GoFan (search your school name). o Friday: https://gofan.co/event/6007275?schoolId=MI4367 • No passes accepted. Entrances: • Bowlers/Coaches must enter through the main center entrance. • Only two coaches per team may enter free. • Spectators must use the two designated spectator entrances on each end of the building. • Bowlers/coaches may NOT enter through spectator doors. Format Overview Team • 8 Baker games & 2 regular games (alternating lanes). • Top 2 teams advance to the State Finals. Equipment & Uniforms Equipment Rules • USBC rules apply unless modified by MHSAA. • No more than five balls may enter the building. • Substitutes may not warm up on open lanes. Uniforms • Friday (Team): Black Jersey & Black Dress Pants Coaching & Lineup Rules • Coaching allowed between frames only. • Starting lineup must be set 10 minutes before the first team game. • Starters must bowl at least one frame before substitution. • Mid frame substitutions are allowed; once a sub enters, they must finish the game. Sportsmanship Expectations • Taunting, profanity, and intimidating behavior are not permitted. • No entering adjacent approaches to celebrate or “run out” shots. • Only two bowlers standing at a time (one bowling, one on deck). • Traditional lane courtesy must be followed at all times.
