Glendale Heights, IL — It was a record setting day for senior Mina Shyam at Glendale Lakes Golf Club in Glendale Heights on Saturday. The Warrior's senior shot a personal best 5-under-par 65 to win the individual title at the Naperville North Rosie Invitational by 3 strokes. Mina's round was incredibly consistent with only one bogey on the card all day, But it was the birdie-birdie-birdie finish on her last 3 holes of the day that sealed the title for over the rest of the 87-player field. Not to be outdone, senior Siya Sohal, coming off a personal best 77 at the DVC tournament earlier in the week, went 1 stroke lower on Saturday to shoot 76. Her new personal best score earned her a spot in the top 10 as well. As a team, the Warriors finished in 4th place out of 18 teams, shooting a 336.
