Jarrell, TX — The Leander Wolfpack advanced to the TUFA Super Bowl after outlasting the Space City Heat, 31-28 in an instant-classic overtime win. After the Pack jumped ahead 20-7 in the first half, it was all Heat in the 3rd quarter as they scored 21 unanswered points. It was the defense and big special teams plays that boosted the Pack in the 4th quarter to send the game to overtime. Winning the coin toss, the Wolfpack offense sustained a dominating drive which ended with a field goal by Kevin Provance. With the NFL overtime rules, the Heat were given one chance to possess ball. The Death Row Defense showed up just in time, as Andre Taylor intercepted a pass on the Heat's second play of overtime to win the game. The Wolfpack will meet the North Texas Stampede in Missouri City, TX for the Super Bowl.
