Fairhaven, MA — Our 10u Flock left the field defeated but with their heads held high. The Schooners came out of the gate firing on all cylinders. The Online and Dline dominated the first half. The Schooners kept Fairhaven off the scoreboard. The offense scored their first touchdown of the season, but at a great cost. Our team captain Josh left the game with a right leg injury. Mason Nunes scored the touchdown for the Schooners behind Fullback Trevyn Moniz, and the offensive line. The Schooners also had a beautiful interception by Porter Bordner. The second half was not so bright as injuries and confusion would lead to our demise. The Schooners gave up two offensive touchdowns and Fairhaven's Defense had another. Thomas Wood, Aaron Devoy would force a fumble that was recovered by Trevyn Moniz, but it was too little too late. Proud of our flock which keeps getting better every week. Thank you, team moms and coaching staff, thank you to our President and vice President for being there to support us. Thank you super mom and John for your support as well, and an extra-special thank you to Mrs. Bordner, grateful to have you on the sidelines. Thank you to all the parents that support us and bring there kids so early to games. #Wegotyourback #InowbleedMaroon #Schooners#Family# Shawny99πŸΌπŸ‰πŸˆβ€οΈβ€οΈ
