Tuttle, OK — Tuttle Tigers Varsity watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in an 8-3 loss to Southmoore on Thursday. Southmoore scored on a home run by Bradshaw and a home run by Maples in the first inning. Southmoore got things started in the first inning when Bradshaw homered on a 2-2 count, scoring two runs. Maples led things off in the circle for Southmoore. The ace lasted seven innings, allowing five hits and three runs while striking out five and walking one. Jentry Henderson toed the rubber for Tuttle Tigers Varsity. The lefthander allowed 13 hits and eight runs over seven innings, striking out four. Southmoore mashed four home runs on the day. Bradshaw had a homer in the first inning. Hernadez had a four bagger in the sixth inning. Maples went deep in the first and sixth innings. Layla Kerr, Kinlee Riley, Shelby McAfee, Zoey Plott, and Kya Watson all had one hit to lead Tuttle Tigers Varsity.
