Lowell, MI — The freshman team earned their first win of the New Year beating Lowell 53-15. The Sailors we’re in control from the tip-off as they led by 12 at the end of the first period. Landyn Smith and Hunter Krueger topped all scorers with 10 points each. Landyn and Hunter also played big in the paint collecting 9 and 7 rebounds. The team had a great defensive performance as well having 12 steals, 4 blocks and causing 6 more turnovers.
