San Marino, CA — The South Pasadena Freshman Tigers lost to league rival San Marino on Thursday, March 17, falling 14-4. The Tigers fought hard, tying the game at two apiece in the fourth inning on Bob Rosenberg's timely two-run hit in the fourth. However, the game slipped away with rough fifth and sixth innings. Benjamin Regan toed the rubber for South Pas, giving up no earned runs and striking out four. Carter Mullen-Carey finished out the game. Rosenberg led the offensive charge with two hits. Regan contributed a double in the fourth inning. The Tigers will look to get back on track at home against Burroughs on Saturday, March 19.
