Easton, PA — The Red Rovers took the lead late in the game in a 14-4 victory over Bethlehem Catholic on Monday. Easton was down 3-2 in the bottom of the fourth inning when Justin Ramirez doubled on a 0-2 count, scoring two runs. Easton pulled away for good with six runs in the fourth inning. In the fourth Stephen Ricicki singled on a 0-1 count, scoring two runs, Simeon Reed drew a walk, scoring one run, and Ethan Reccek's sac fly scored one run for Easton Area Red Rovers Varsity. Easton put up seven runs in the sixth inning. Jacob Hirner pitched Easton to the victory. Hirner allowed four runs over five and a third innings, striking out six. Trevor Silvius threw two-thirds of an inning in relief out of the bullpen. Albus was on the mound for Bethlehem Catholic. Albus allowed two hits and six runs over three and a third innings, striking out nine.
