Byesville, OH — After an eventful week we finally were able to take the field as a team minus a few players. Bethany and Layla both took the field as pitchers for the first time in their High School careers and did great. Hopefully we now have the first game jitters out of the way and will have more success Wednesday.

Mackenzie Krenisky

Mackenzie has really stepped up as a team leader and encourages positivity in her teammates and cheers them all on. This is key for any team to have success. She made a few great plays in Center and drove in both scored runs. Keep up the good work both on and off the field Mak!

Layla Gray

Layla threw herself into the fire last night. She has not played the game of softball or pitched in several years. She set her own fears and anxiety aside to fill a need for her team. Great job Layla
