Struthers, OH — On an evening where the Spartans struggled on the mound and in the field, Boardman Freshmen fell 15-5 against Nordonia. Offensively, Landon Whippo went 3-3 with 2 doubles and 2 RBIs to pace the offense. Mason Nawrocki went 2-3 and Grayson Eicher and Ivan Rudiak each had a hit. Kaden Mayhew and Sean O’Mellan both scored a run for the Spartans.
